Farmhouse-Inspired Retreat / Pool + BBQ

Relax in our farmhouse-style townhome! Tastefully decorated so rustic meets chic, with comfort in mind! We are located right next to the community pool, which you have full access to and is hardly ever busy. For our grill masters, kick back in our fenced-in backyard and prepare a meal on our BBQ. Enjoy a stroll through the neighborhood, or check out Downtown Chico (approx. a 5 minute drive)!

We love our home and welcome you to come enjoy it during your next visit to Chico!

You will have the entire townhome to yourself. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom with a king-size bed, one with a queen-size bed, and one with two twin-size beds. Plenty of room for the whole group!

*5-10 minute drive to Enloe Medical Center
*10 minute drive to Chico State
*5 minute drive to Chico Marketplace
*5 minute drive to both Target and Walmart

Centrally located and conveniently minutes away from just about anything you could need! (As Chico locals, we are more than happy to make recommendations if you`re looking for a place to eat or an activity to do.)

Please drive respectfully and carefully within the complex to ensure the safety and comfort of all residents.

Since we do also have a cleaning fee, we have a no-stress check-out procedure. That means as long as the home isn`t left in poor condition, you can enjoy a nice warm cup of coffee in the morning before you leave!

We take great care in maintaining our grounds, and we`re proud to have a dedicated gardener. Currently, he doesn`t follow a fixed schedule but tends to the garden whenever he believes it`s time for some care. Thank you for understanding and appreciating our green spaces!

Please note, all guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to check-in. For non-Airbnb bookings, a credit card hold is required as a deposit, which will be automatically released after your stay, provided no damages occur.

Early check-ins before 4 PM require host approval. A confirmed booking does not guarantee early access — please message us to request and check availability.

Your reservation fee card statement will not show VRBO but angiesstays a.k.a. us. The only fee that is charged by VRBO is the VRBO service fee. The reservation fee is charged directly by us.

Parking Details:
Each reservation includes 3 parking spots:

- 1 spot in the garage
- 1 spot directly in front of the home
- 1 numbered parking space

Please use only your designated spaces to avoid any issues with neighbors.

- For cancellations, refund amount will only be 96%, there will be a cancellation fee of 4% of the total reservation amount.
