"Stayed 1 night, 2 adults. Not the typical chain hotel. Lots of charm! Located in a nice area. Easy garage parking nearby at reasonable rate. Very clean common spaces. Desk staff were all very friendly, attentive and helpful, which we appreciated greatly. Room was clean and comfortable. No complaints, and we plan to return."

"This property is within view of Wrigley Field. For the price, in the middle of the summer it was reasonably priced. Property is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of fun, local places to eat. The Addison Red Line stop is a 5 minute walk from the location. Two key observations to share. First, you will not talk to an actual person when you visit. All communications are handled through text message. If that is your jam then this is the place for you. Second, if you stay in a single room, the bathroom is shared. We ran into no problems with this arrangement. Just leave some extra time in your morning."

"Excellent staff , food was good too . Hotel was close to our game , cubbies only took one game out of two. Everything was super grand. Next trip to Chicago staying in same hotel. Nothing you can say bad about it. Close to everything thing, groceries and Milly’s pizza!"

"The property is in a great location. Near shopping and restaurants. The staff is friendly and the room was clean and relatively quiet. The refrigerator made an annoying buzzing sound. Maintenance looked at it but after they left, every morning it would wake us up at 6 or 7 in the morning. Lastly the pool wasn’t operational until the last day of our stay. That was truly disappointing as we chose this particular hotel because it had a pool. I feel like establishments should let visitors know in case they want to change their reservation. Anyway overall a pleasant place to stay."
