Clean room, friendly staff, hot tub was nice but the jets were dirty and had our water dirty. You have to pay 25 cent for ice, can only have 1 guest over, cash deposit of $100.

Rooms was smaller than i expected, but comfotable. Temp setting was also comfortable. Hot tub was clean and also a decent size.

The staff was very professional and accommodating. However, the room needed an air freshener. The faucet and commode was a bit off center. Also, to regulate the water to shower needed some working on.

Whirlpool tub was great, sheets bedding and towels were clean and great quality. The air conditioning was super cold! The room itself could use some updates like new carpet and maybe a smart tv but overall our stay was perfect!

I will be returning again. I love the Jacuzzi and the King suites they offer carpet or tile floor units and they very clean for the most part with non-smoking. They do offer balconies for the people that do smoke so I do love that option but I just had to have the room with the Jacuzzi.

Romantic Get Away

It was amazing the room was very clean and absolutely adorable. Definitely a great place for couples to go for the night to relax in hot tub in room with your significant other. The beds are extremely comfortable the staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. well definitely be staying here every time we go to Chicago from now on highly recommend

Super clean! Super relaxing! The jacuzzi was so amazing and it felt super comfortable. Restaurants within walking distance and staff is super professional and friendly. I cannot wait to go back

Loved the jacuzzi room. Room was fairly clean. Parking lot was easy to miss but also easy to park in. Staff was friendly. Kinda weird to find a sex pillow on the bed but otherwise good experience.

Only thing I didn’t like is who ever cleaning the rooms not clean it real good or sanitizing I had ants around my Jacuzzi tub because somebody had probably previous had beer in there and it was a beer bottle top so I had to clean it myself. The shower was nasty. I wasn’t able to take a shower I had to just wash up. when I pay that type of money, I expect to be able to take showers and relax without having to clean it. The overall experience is cool. The customer service is very great.

The staff was wonderful. Got a king room with jacuzzi. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Area was quiet with plenty of restuarants and shopping nearby. Close to downtown Chicago. Will definitely recommend! Will be back!

Check-in was fast and easy. Whirlpool was amazing. I went in there and the water was at good temperature. Bed was hard and comfy. Pillows were also comfortable! I had a good stay.

We stayed in a whirlpool tub room. Surprisingly, they ask for a $100 cash deposit when checking in. It’s only $10 if you stay in a regular room. When you check out, they send housekeeping into your room to make sure you didn’t trash the place and then you get your deposit back. The bed is basic and not very comfortable. If you bring your favorite CD, there’s a radio/CD player on the nightstand. On the plus side, the whirlpool tub worked just fine and it was clean. The bathroom was clean as well and there’s a hair dryer. Downside, no counter space in the bathroom, sink only.
