Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was dirty and did not meet my expectations for cleanliness. When staying at a hotel, I expect a clean and comfortable environment, but that was not the case here. Cleanliness is extremely important, and this experience made my stay unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to others, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements for future guests.

Handicapped parking was easy. Had to walk dog in front of property and always pick up poop with poop bags to keep area clean. Rooms were clean. Overall, nice stay.

It was ghetto. But clean i didn’t like the mattress in my room. They need better beds and cable channels. You can also hear your neighbors clearly.

The staff was polite, professional & accommodating. There were plenty of restaurants nearby & easy access to the highway. We had booked 2 rooms- 1st room the lock was broken & the bathroom door didn’t close all the way. The 2nd room- the toilet seat was broken & was covered with cigarette burns. The bathroom door had a hole in it, as if someone punched it (it didn’t go all the way through). The bed spread had multiple cigarette burns in it. The other customers were very very loud…slamming doors, walking up & down the hallway screaming “wake up” or just running (loudly) up & down the hallways with their barking dogs.

It was uwful the worse experience of my life, rooms dirty , rude manager that don’t care what your telling them. A very loud place , the walk to your room when your not there and fire alarm was on few times. Like a said the worst place ever
