The Space:
The kitchen and living room of are designed for both comfort and functionality. The kitchen features appliances and all the essentials needed for meal preparation, making it ideal for both short and extended stays. Adjacent to the kitchen, the living room offers a cozy atmosphere with comfortable seating and a flat screen. Off the living room is a balcony.

The bedroom serves as a peaceful retreat, furnished with a comfortable bed adorned with quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. Natural light filters through the windows, enhancing the room's warm and inviting ambiance.

The bathroom is clean and well-maintained, equipped with modern fixtures and a shower/tub combination. Fresh towels and essential toiletries are provided, ensuring guests have everything they need .

Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

No Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the penthouse. Please smoke outside.

Pet Policy: We adore pets, but unfortunately, the house is not pet-friendly. We appreciate your understanding in adhering to this policy.

Your apartment shows well. It is clean and up-to-date. The only problem I found is that it is very small. I would recommend that only one person stay at the apartment.
