「I loved this place it was in a great location and the property itself was beautiful and very well maintained. Parking was an issue but I found a spot not even half a mile down the road so overall wasn't a big issue. If I'm ever back in Chicago I would definitely stay here again.」

「The service was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. I was very happy with my stay overall and would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Chicago.」

「When I checked in, the front staff had a very nice attitude. The room was also great — stylish, clean, and comfortable. But one thing: at check-out, the staff seemed a bit distracted and things didn’t go smoothly. Maybe it was very early in the morning.」

「Apparently, housekeeping in hotel rooms is scheduled every other day, but this wasn’t mentioned in the hotel information, nor was it explained to me at check-in. On a day when housekeeping didn’t come, I ran out of toilet paper, so I asked them to just restock that and change the towels. While I was out, they placed the toilet paper and towels directly in the space where I keep my bag, as if to say, “This should do it, right?”」

「Good Room！」
