「The pool was very nice overlooking the hills of Tuscany. The hotel has a nice ambience, rustic but very clean an updated. I like there were big windows that could open to a garden from the room. Getting around was a bit difficult even with a car. Very steep hills and is not so walkable. Very windy roads so it takes longer than expected to get to places. 「車でトスカーナ地方を訪れての滞在でした。景色が素晴らしく、レストランでの食事も堪能しました。レセプションでは、SIMカードなどが上手く接続出来なくて困っていたのですが、専門店へ連絡して複雑な設定をしていただきました。お客様へのサービスとしては勿論ですが、親身になって助けていただきました。」
