"I like the location of this motel. Convenient to shopping and food - all walkable distance. Plus, Dunkin Donuts right next door so I can get my coffee fix! Staff was friendly and accommodating."
"We absolutely loved our stay at the Smith House. We’d eaten there before, but we’d never spent the night. The staff was friendly, the beds were so comfortable, and -of course- dinner was divine. "
"Loved the location and the back screened porch. We were able to listen to the music from the park and hang out with our son, daughter in law and granddaughter for the concert, comfortably. My husband and I will definitely stay here again."

"The floor slants significantly which makes mobility difficult on both levels of the house. Cleanliness was subpar--dirty floors and bathroom had hair everywhere. Toilet paper & paper towels were not stocked and we had to ask for more within the first day. We would have have used kitchen towels, but were not provided. NEEDS toilet paper holder! Waterless toilet is GROSS & literally stinks up the house & has to be changed by the host. Shower was slick and unsafe. Front door cannot lock effectively from the inside. The driveway is too small. Internet is unpredictable. AC worked well, though."

"It is a beautifully renovated lake home outfitted with everything you could want - kitchen equipment and supplies, outdoor toys, toiletries, etc. Some places are bare-bones equipped, but this place is the opposite of that! Very clean and comfortable. Great communication. We would definitely stay again! "
"Our family, spanning three generations, had an absolutely perfect stay at this lake house! It was the ideal setting for creating memories together at the lake. The house is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The game area downstairs was a huge hit, keeping both kids and adults entertained for hours.The abundance of seating made it easy for our group to gather for meals, conversations, or just to enjoy the lake views. Everything was spotlessly clean, including the BBQ, which was a pleasant surprise and made outdoor cooking a breeze.Blanca, the host, was exceptional—responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommend this lake house for any large family or group looking for a memorable getaway."
"David was a fantastic host! He was very responsive about the questions that we had and even let us borrow a couple more kayaks to use on the lake! The dock is awesome, the kitchen has lots of utensils, the fire pit outside is the place to be if you looking up at the stars! We ended each night in the theatre room which was a great way to end each day. Thank you David for making our guys’ weekend such a success!"

"This is a great property! The house had everything we needed to enjoy our short stay. We did notice some bugs inside the house, but it’s on a lake in the woods — we figure that’s to be expected! The trail down to the dock is also decently steep, which was a challenge for one member of our party, but the trail is well-maintained and a rope is provided as a handrail. I share these notes not as complaints, because we really enjoyed our stay, but more so as information that may help another guest. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again. Thank you!"
