"Staff were all amazing. Friendly, enthusiastic, and made our stay a pleasure. Special call out to Loretta who was cleaning the room, but every single person of the hotel was fabulous. We love the location, and in spite of some difficulties with the internet and the heating system, everyone's reaction to it and friendly response was just incredible. We will 100% be back. "

"Room is spacious and clean, water pressure is great. Reception is also very nice and welcoming. They allow you to drop off your luggage by the front desk if your flight is late/early. Close to a lot of shops like grocery, pharmacy and Starbucks, plus also very close to the nearest metro. "

"Location to all the museums( within walking distance), room was clean and comfortable. I loved the food choices from within (Crimson bar) to the local Chinese cuisine food places. The Staff was friendly and accommodating. "
