"Great communication with host, house extremely clean, comfy beds, plenty of towels, and tons of space for our group. Check in was explained perfectly for effortless check in and out. Would definitely stay again. "

"If you are looking for a spacious comfortable place to stay while in Denver this is the place. A couple of cosmetic items like no toilet paper holder in the master and some paint peeling but overall it was perfect for what we wanted which was a place to unwind after a busy day sight seeing. Plenty of beds and they were comfortable."

"It was a room for 4 people, we asked for a two bed street, we were given a one bed with a sofa. There was no extra pillows or blankets for the sofa, the room was not cleaned properly and we had the maintenance lady try to open our door at 6am on our departure date. "

"No, air conditioners are old and don't work well. I like that you have 2 actual bedsrooms with a door and the kitchen separates them, so you have privacy, but they could definitely use some renovations. "

"The house is exactly as it looked in the pictures. The children's room and game room was wonderful for when our grandchildren came to visit! They loved those areas and the beautiful backyard. We had a great stay and would definitely rent again. Thanks to Laura for all her support during our rental when we had questions!"
