「Excellent room design for non couples, each has his own section of the room. Very practical and useful facilities, spacious room. Mere minutes from the terminal but no sound pollution. Buffet has good choices. Friendly staff.」

「Poor skill of the front desk person for the non-Chinese guest. Took too long for check-in even we had the reservation via Hotel.com. They insisted to pay the hotel fee at the check-in time. I told them that I already paid via Hotel.com but they didn't listen to me. So I had to pay. I am very angry. And it took 35 min. bus ride from the airport to the hotel. It is too far from the airport. I would rather to stay inside the city.」

「We only stayed here for our first night in Chengdu—it was our first stop. The pandas were so cute, and the hotel was clean too. The staff were really thoughtful; they even told us about travel routes. The breakfast was quite abundant and suited my taste, and the recommended noodles were pretty delicious. It’s also very close to the subway, which is super convenient. We’ll definitely come back next time.」
