"The parking lot is very dirty and full of garbage. The outside door on one entrance is unlocked at all times. People come in and do drugs and stay for free in the hallway. Then room one broken toilet, room two broken and electrical taped window, then third room faulty electrical, dirty, greasy substance everywhere and hand prints on all walls. But in the meantime we go to the desk and ask for a room that is functional and that we paid for and we got told we could go to another hotel, and that he didn't guarantee quality.
