「The hotel left heated towel rails on during the middle of a heatwave. Two visits to reception led to provision of a useless fan. Despite complaints to management no partial or full refund was offered on the basis it was a hot weekend. This is without doubt the worst place I've stayed. Avoid unless you want to melt in the room followed by a good old fashioned dose of Management gaslighting....」

「Amazing break! Staff all friendly. Food in main restaurant was amazing and had a great massage at spa by Hannah. Spa was all lovely and clean and not overcrowded. The only thing was the relaxation room was not open after our massage as we chose the last session. The pastries at breakfast were not worth the calories as a bit stodgy. Other dishes were absolutely amazing. Thanks」

We were only given 1 bottle of water for our room, when booking I was advised the additional supplement for pets would ensure plenty water in the room, this was not the case but we had plenty with us anyway so didn't see the point in mentioning it. 「We love visiting this unique hotel. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The lido is spectacular. Our annexe room is spacious and has a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The addition of a fridge in the room was very welcome.」
