The hotel is fine but they don’t seem to understand customer service. I asked a simple question at reception about how to access the gym and was given a very lengthy explanation about how I should read the information sheet in my room to find out how. It didn’t tell me anything about that and just answering me would have taken 20% of the time. I’ve never been to a spa hotel that charged for towels in the spa area before which is very disappointing and the spa area was not very calm as it was next to the pool which had a “splash time” for kids on
