The room was clean and comfortable. The customer service was perfect. The front desk lady was super nice and friendly. The only thing we did not enjoy was that the AC didn’t work.

Good - great!! Had a problem with door locking and key would not work. Finally switched rooms because it happened 3-4 times.

Everything was great except the place needs new carpet. The building would look great except that the dismal carpet condition ruins the ambience.
