"I am absolutely going back as soon as I can! And bringing my dogs! The owner and staff went out of their way to make me comfortable and cozy in the cold off season. Breakfast was delicious each morning! I managed to borrow the owner's sweet dog to go for a walk with me and we walked on a quiet lane with farm fields on one side and the ocean/bay on the other - totally undisturbed for an hour or so. It was the most peaceful zen quiet ever. Also the backyard looks out on the bay through a few trees...

"Four of us were riding from Tip to Tip across PEI. We rode from Miscouche to Hunter River on a rainy and windy day. The Hertiage Classic Inn was a welcome port in the storm. Sylvette and Stephane were most welcoming hosts. After hosing down our muddy bikes and ourselves in the back yard, we were able to dry off, clean up, wash up and dry off ourselves and our clothes. Thank you Sylvette and Stephane, although we were only with you for one day, we will never forget your kindness and hospitality."

It would have been nice to have a welcome package including salt/pepper, coffee for first morning, olive oil and basic spices, sugar, Kleenex, shampoo and bath soap. Only 4 dishwasher pods for our 9 night stay?? We needed more than 8 chairs at the table! Throws or extra blankets would have been nice. It was too cold to sit downstairs to...
