Wonderful stay in a perfect location. Great private parking, easy walk to restaurants, stores and historic sites.
Staff were accommodating, answering all questions and helpful getting us settled in.
Would recommend to anyone wanting a convenient, lovely spot to stay in Charlottetown!
The staff was excellent as was the breakfast. The room was clean. It would be helpful to have printed instructions available for operating the shower. We were three friends in two separate rooms and love to play board games in the evenings or on a rainy day - it would be nice to have a portable card table available. Thank you for a wonderful experience! It is truly a unique venue.
We absolutely loved our stay at the Fairholm Inn!
The building we stayed in was absolutely charming built last century.
The staff was very helpful and our room was charming! The Inn is close to downtown. Easily walkable to wonderful restaurants and the confederation center.
I would not hesitate to stay at this end again in the future.
Loved everything about the Inn. From the gentleman checking us in and serving us breakfast to the ease of the checkout. Grounds beautifully maintained. Excellent location. One of our best breakfasts ever! Wish we could stay longer.
Sam was incredibly accommodating us once my wife told him of her knee surgery. He moved us to a first floor location. The place is so conveniently located and totally charming. I can’t imagine anyone not being happy there.

The property consists of several old homes that have been remodelled into a hotel. We stayed in the middle home, which was probably the least attractive of the three homes. The room was OK. It wasn’t particularly well cleaned by housekeeping and there was nothing extraordinary about it. It was OK not great there was air-conditioning. The hotel offers free coffee drinks, but you have to go to the main lobby to get them in the morning. Overall, the staff was lovely and very very friendly. We had breakfast one day, which wasn’t included in our package and it was very good and very reasonably priced. It is the high season, but I wouldn’t stay there again for the price that we paid.
Beautiful property. We were in a newer building and room, well kept and very comfortable. Quiet building. Great location! Good parking. No issues with check in. Staff gave great recommendations of what to do when in PEI. Would book again!!

The room was amazing, we got The Haviland, which was a king room, with a fireplace and a jacuzzi tub.
The staff was amazing and they also brought us fresh towels.
It was also very close to restaurants and fun places like The Pony Boat. I highly recommended this place!
We enjoyed our stay at Fairholm Boutique Inns. It was cozy and clean and within walking distance to the center of town, plus the staff was very helpful and friendly.
This lovely place takes you back in time , what a piece of history , the staff was very accommodating and pleasant, walking distances too many wonderful places
What a beautiful place to stay in Charlottetown! Lovely historic inn on a quiet street but within a short walking distance to shops, restaurants and the waterfront. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond. The breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend the Fairholm Boutique Inn.
