「Perfect stay.」

「The house was a lovely old Cretan house renovated to a high standard, and Popi was a wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable host - really friendly and full of suggestions of where to go next. You will need to have a car to get around as it is not at all central, and do not expect a modern building - but it was full of character and the aircon worked very well, so in my eyes it was perfect! I would happily stay here again, and hope to do so some day in the coming years.」

Best to get google maps to bring you to Krousonas town center and then put in the property address. Google maps in Crete will have you go down goat paths and should not be trusted. 「We stayed in a standard room in the main building and it was so lovely! The breakfast was awesome and the walk down to the village was convenient. This hotel has a lovely restaurant attached with great food. Zaros Lake is just around the corner. My favorite part was the spring water running down the side of the road. A very lovely village to visit on your trip around Crete.」

「クレタ島では海岸沿いのホテルに泊まる旅行者が多いと思いますが、喧騒を避け静かに過ごしたい人にオススメのホテルです。イラクリオンからは車で２５分くらい。島の真ん中あたりにあります。車がないと不便なのでレンタカーをかりることをオススメします。車があれば観光も問題ありません。このホテルの良いところは、まずロケーション。山の上の方にあるため眺めがすごく良いです。そしてレストラン(タベルナ)。料理がめちゃくちゃ美味しくて、安い。地元の人たちも多く食べに来ていました。またホテルのオーナーのおじさんが親切で優しいです。ホテルに帰るたびに優しく声をかけてくれ迎えてくれました。のんびりと自然の中で過ごしたい人にオススメのホテルです。」

「The villas was very clean, spacious and modern. We were there March 12-16 so very early in the season. The pools were closed which I didn’t know until getting there as it was shown when I booked that heated pools were all year round. There was apparently a sandstorm from Africa for a week prior to us coming which then closed the pools.
