「It’s just really lovely at Les Douvres, the breakfast is great and the rooms are comfortable. The bar is excellent and the staff are outstanding. If the hot weather continues I think they’ll have to succumb to air conditioning. But other than that brilliant!」

Our room had a balcony on the front overlooking the bay which was lovely, the balcony is open to the adjacent rooms, we found it surprising that smoking was permitted on the balconies, which was not appreciated, but you find in Guernsey smoking outside in public areas seems to be permitted/the norm?!
