The building / room is as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. What really sets it apart is the incredible staff and remarkable breakfast. Worth every penny and the perfect place to stay if you would like to treat yourself in Shanghai.

Amazing Birthday Stay at W Shanghai! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at W Shanghai while celebrating my birthday! The hotel kindly upgraded our room to one with a breathtaking view, which made our stay even more special. They also surprised me with a birthday cake, such a thoughtful and lovely gesture!

The Grand Hyatt Shanghai is a wonderful hotel located inside the Jim Mao tower, one of the most iconic buildings of the city. The staff is very nice and our room was on the 78th floor so the view was just fantastic. We could see the pearl tower and the Shanghai Tower just in front of us...at night we could see the beautiful lights of the city that would light up the flowing Huangpu river. The breakfast was very delicious and we found a huge choice of chinese and western food. The Spa has a Gym...
