In condominium and quiet village of Chamonix, one of the world capitals of skiing and mountaineering, this apartment of 45 m2 has a terrace and a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc and Aiguille de midi. Very pleasant and functional in summer, it will make you taste the charms of the mountain in winter. Built at 1100 m on the top of the valley, it is located between the resorts of La Flégére and the famous Grands Montets and gives direct access to hiking trails. From there, you can also reach some of Switzerland and Italy 's hotspots within an hour' s drive. Spoken Spanish and good English skills.

Logis très bien équipé, spacieux avec une vue magnifique. Très bien situé dans un charmant village avec une gare à proximité pour se déplacer gratuitement dans la vallée et éviter les parkings payants.

Die Wohnung war traumhaft. Alles sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Keine unnötigen Dinge die rumstehen aber dennoch alles vorhanden was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Sogar die Küche und vorhandene Lebensmittel wie Salz etc konnte man bedenkenlos benutzen. Tolle Lage und sehr nette Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Excellent séjour en vallée de Chamonix

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans le gîte de Jean Luc et son épouse. L’emplacement est idéal, en dehors de la ville et au calme sans être loin de tout. Il est possible de partir randonner sans prendre la voiture.Le gîte est très bien équipé, nos hôtes ont pensé à tout pour que nous passions un agréable séjour.

Superbe séjour

Très beau gite très confortable, cuisine très bien équipée, idéal pour un séjour en couple au calme et pour profiter un max de la montagne : nombreux départs de randonnées à proximité et proche de tous commerces. Une adresse à retenir, nous y retournerons certainement.

Sehr funktional eingerichtete Unterkunft in toller, ruhiger Lage

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zweckmäßig und funktional eingerichtet. Im Prinzip findet man alles, was man braucht – Gebrauchsgegenstände in der Küche lassen beispielsweise tatsächlich richtiges Kochen zu, nicht nur bloßes Aufwärmen. Die Unterkunft haben wir sehr sauber vorgefunden. Zudem ist genügend Stauraum zur Unterbringung von Kleidung und jeglichem Equipment vorhanden. Wir haben nichts vermisst und können die Unterkunft insbesondere für einen Aufenthalt mit 2 Personen sehr empfehlen.

L'appartement est très fonctionnel, bien équipé et au calme. La vue est merveilleuse et le petit jardin qui donne sur une grande pelouse bien agréable avec des enfants. Bon accueil, réactivité des propriétaires pour répondre à nos questions, bref, on revient l'année prochaine !

Un logement très bien situé et des hôtes très accueillants

Le chalet est très bien équipé, extrêmement propre et situé à mi chemin entre Chamonix et Argentière. Depuis la terrasse, vue magnifique sur le Mont Blanc. Petit jardin appréciable. Bus gratuit pour accéder à tous les villages de proximité. Les hôtes connaissent parfaitement la région et ont été une aide précieuse pour organiser notre semaine de rando. Nous conseillons vivement ce logement.
