"Mr. Hau and his family were really kind and hospitable. The room was clean as shown, we had a small issue with our in room AC unit, but that got resolved with using the proper "mode". "Good location for a small family for a getaway from the hustle. It has its own pool and 5 min walking distance to the beach and restaurant. They provide shuttle service for anybody that has kids as well. Communication was very speedy 👍. Price was well worth it to me. I'd say here if you don't plan on visiting da nang but want to visit Hoi an. There's are no close markets nearby so best to buy your groceries snacks or drinks before you arrive."

"Don't hesitate, book this hotel when in Da Nang! Right across from the beach located in a excellent area. We where worried if nextdoor construction will make it noisy but honestly it hasn't bothered us one bit. Important to know that the whole area of Da Nang is under major development. About the hotel itself all we can say is we had the best experience. Cleanliness is huge for us and the constant good smell in hallways and lobby was a pleasure. Room and bed was great and views where fantastic especially at night with city lights. Don't get me started on the breakfast....this has become the highlight of the stay simply because of the amazing spread they have. A true mix of food to cater to all...we are already missing it. Rooftop pool, we didn't have the time to truly enjoy it like we had planned but can assure you the views are amazing daytime and evenings. Now let's talk about the customer service, they went above and beyond and truly exceeded all expectations. They where so thoughtful to celebrate our wins (we where there for a pickleball competition) and also the not so fun times where I got injured and needed to stay at the hospital..they where so attentive asking me to let them know if I needed anything. They even sent me a fruit basket delivered in person. What else can I say ....I've traveled to many countries and stayed at so many hotels but none came even close to this level of hospitality. Hat's off to the management team at the hotel! Just book it!"

"We had a pleasant stay at TMS Hotel. The staff were friendly, pleasant, and very helpful throughout our visit. We stayed on the 17th floor and enjoyed a beautiful ocean view, which was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The only downsides we noticed were the outside noise at night, which could be heard even from the 17th floor, and the elevated deep bathtub, which was a bit difficult to get in and out of. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the great service and breakfast buffet!"

La Siesta Hoi An Resort & Spa

"Five Stars Are Not Enough La Siesta was exceptional in every way, but what truly distinguished this hotel was the extraordinary care I received when I became ill. I mentioned a medical issue while checking in, expecting perhaps a recommendation for a local clinic. Within minutes, Ms. Sang arranged for the hotel doctor to examine me in my room. He determined that I needed hospital care. Manager Tien then seamlessly coordinated everything—contacting the international hospital in advance, providing my registration information, and arranging round-trip transportation. When follow-up treatment required daily trips to a hospital in Da Nang, she arranged a dedicated driver each day. Their care went beyond logistics. When I returned from the hospital still feeling unwell, Ms. Tien thoughtfully sent hot soup and ginger tea to my room without being asked. She and Ms. Sang continued checking on me through WhatsApp throughout my stay. I truly felt cared for like a family member. The resort itself is beautiful and lush, and breakfast at The Temple was outstanding, with a changing buffet featuring Hoi An specialties and helpful explanations of the local dishes. My daughter and son-in-law, who occupied our second room, also received excellent service. I feel incredibly fortunate that I chose La Siesta. The beauty of the property, wonderful food and exceptional service would easily earn five stars—but the compassion and genuine hospitality of this team made my stay unforgettable. Five s"
