"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

"Loved my stay, the hotel is in a great location near underground stations. Didn’t like that the bathtub was too narrow, that the shower curtain would touch my body during my shower. Other than that, good hotel!"

"The clean staff were wonderful and all the staff would acknowledge you when they passed. Truly wonderful staff with the exception of the gentleman that checked us in and out. Everyone else was extremely pleasant and ready to assist. The gentleman that made our omelets on the weekend was amazing. We are Looking forward to booking the hotel on our next visit to London. Well Done!!!!"

"Good room with a comfy bed. The restaurant has standard to higher end options. Breakfast buffet is definitely worth the money. Nice late checkout at 12 pm. We had a later flight, so we went back to the room after breakfast and had a nap before catching a bus to terminal 5. Bus is right across the road from the hotel. Perfect for the night before a flight."

"This is about sleeping at the airport. So you get 5 stars. Unbelievable COVENIENT This hotel in terminal 2 is just a few steps of the actual terminal you just walk 2 minutes Because you are actually inside the airport. So this is for a clean, comfortable bed, a nice shower and period go to your flight."

"The hotel was superb and the proximity to Heathrow was great. The staff were extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. I had an inside room which overlooked the conference room. For the amount of time I spent in there, it was not a problem. The swimming pool was great after a drive and helped me relax. However, if you have a bad knee, like me, getting into the jacuzzi was an issue, there is no handrail to help you get in and out. The same applies to the pool. but the steps have a more gentle incline and I managed. Parking was reasonable at £18 for 24 hours, the car park has limited spaces though. Overall an enjoyable experience. I would recommend this hotel."

"Had to use the self check in kiosk because there was a long line at the desk. The room was adequate, but not overly clean. Bathroom mirror was dirty and the floor/baseboards around the edges of the room were very dusty. Thankful to have air conditioning."
