The hotel staff were so incredibly helpful and sweet; really good people. The hotel always smelled amazing and the rooms were cute, decently spacious and well stocked and cleaned daily. My only complaint would be that the bathroom didn’t have a door, that would bring my review up to 5/5.

The food in the restaurant was undercooked well done hamburger that was supposed to be medium well was still raw in the Center….gross. The breakfast buffet food that was supposed to be hot was cold. No air movement in the rooms. Windows don’t open and AC isn’t turned on, so fans don’t even work.

Fantastic stay at the two chalets we rented for our family. Chalets were perfect with lots of home comforts. A lovely location on the lake. Hosts were brilliant, very friendly and accommodating. Will definately be going back.

Very good hotel for its stars.Lovely swimming pool area, very relaxing sitting on the sun beds. Food was ok, but not wowed, it lacked depth of flavour seasoning.
