I had a wonderful stay with my dog at this very old-fashioned family hotel. At first, I was a bit put off because it is very old and rickety. No AC, old shower, dark brown old furniture, small dark corridors, etc. But the place forced me to slow down and relax. The old lady was lovely and answered all my questions with charm and patience. The floorboards were so polished and beautiful. In fact, the place was immaculate. Extremely clean. My bed was old but comfortable, and I was in a top room with a little window which I could open and see over the town. With the fan provided, I was very comfortable and had a great sleep. The shower, with its old mixer tap, was very quick to get to temperature with great pressure. Just loved my stay.

I appreciated the friendly welcome. A simple older style hotel but it was comfortable and quiet and everything worked well. A very comfortable bed. The breakfast was simple but good. There is lots of beautiful countryside nearby.

The hotel is in an ideal location however it needs a complete renovation The rooms are tired and dated and the en-suite was un workable, the shower cubicle door was broken and wouldn’t close. The complementary toiletries were 3 sachets of shampoo which wasn’t adequate for a shower. We feel that the price advertised was extortionate for the facilities we had. We will not be returning or recommend this hotel

Comme a chaque fois qu on monte dans le Nord on dors au JINJAUD. Mon mari med enfants et moi adorons. L'hotel est très propre, figé dans les annees 70..genial! La proprietaire aux petits soins avec ses hotes. Très bon petits dejeuners. La ville la Souterraine escale sympa pour visiter. Au plaisir. Les Stéphanois.
