「The house was spotless when we arrived and well equipped. We had an issue with our heat and the owner addressed it immediately which was much appreciated. Parking was easy as described. The neighborhood was pretty quiet for being in Philly! There are stores nearby if you need anything. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay again!We did stay with our 3 year old and the only suggestion I have is to have something to cover/block the basement stairs. I contacted the host right away for these issues as we were staying for a month, but she just kept saying she was “trying to contact a technician “.
