Welcome to Ushmila’s Nest, a charming 440sf bedroom, in the heart of Wayne, PA! This ground floor space offers private lockpad entrance, old charm with modern comfort. When you step inside this comfortable large abode, you will be immediately embraced by its warmth and very inviting interior. The decors combine light French charm with style and elegance. A modern newly renovated bathroom with soothing rainfall shower head shower stall.
Our property is surrounded with restaurants, coffee shops, high end shopping stores, private colleges, parks (Chanticleer, Jenkins Arboretum & Valley Forge National Park), trails, & much more. Complimentary Keurig coffee, tea & water is also provided.

Lovely Stay for the Holidays

The Nest was a lovely place to stay - cute cottage feel, comfortable bed, all the amenities one could ask for, and great location. Right across from a train station and close by downtown Wayne. We would definitely stay again if we are back in town!

Quick Stay

I was in town visiting my child at a nearby college and needed an easy place to stay overnight. This was the perfect place! From the start, communication was quick and easy, the amenities were exactly as described, and the room was so comfortable and cozy. I will 100% stay here again!

We stayed at this place the day before I had surgery and it was pretty close to the hospital. It only was the place beautiful but it a very clean! They hosts were very attentive to any accommodations that we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Best VRBO stay we’ve ever had!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect, easily accessible from the airport and very close to the train station. Warm and Welcoming

This is our second stay, and we have enjoyed ourselves again. The location is perfect, you can take walks around the beautiful town and take the train into Philly. The food in the area is perfection.The communication with the owners has always been good and they think of all the things you would want or possibly need during your stay. From Q-tips to a clothing steamer all at your disposal. Thank you so much for all you do.

Quick trip for a Villanova game

Meticulously clean and super location! Anyone visiting Villanova or the vicinity should strongly consider this option. We were so glad we picked this over staying at a hotel. King bed was very comfortable. Just a lovely place to stay and superb communication with owners.

Cute Place in Wayne

We were here for just one night and this place was perfect. Easy access, clean, and very responsive host. My only suggestion is to have more security between the private room and the rest of the house, there was no deadbolt between the door and it would have felt safer as a renter of a private room to have that option. Otherwise great stay.

Murphy's Law

The accommodations were spotless, bed was very comfortable, location excellent for Villanova U. The only issue, and it's a substantial one, is it is not an accommodation for 4, and there are no Murphy beds. The listing should explain that there is a blowup mattress in the closet if you're in need.

We had an incredible experience at this VRBO property! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet secluded enough for a peaceful retreat. Our host was fantastic, providing clear communication and thoughtful touches like cold water in the refrigerator and plenty of coffee and creamers. Rizwana was helpful and offered us recommendations for nearby activities and places to eat. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable vacation! It was a pleasure staying here and we will definitely stay again when we are in the area.
