"I live in the town of Cervia and needed a place to put my bosses for a work trip in the area. This place was perfect. The decor and vibe was very cool with a completely renovated old home. "Pretty poor service-there was a business conference on when we arrived-so no restaurant or cafe and no bar available. The restaurant wasn’t available until 7pm and the bar 5pm. Waited 40 mins after ordering our food and when we complained we were told they had a large bus party in the restaurant. The obvious conclusion from that was the coach party took priority even though we were in the restaurant before them. We had only ordered pizza and french fries. The room was ok but the hotel is situated outside of the town so nowhere to go unless you walk. It is a very long walk to get anywhere/wouldn’t stay again-we only stayed as we were going on a cruise nearby"
