Nice hotel by the beach

I had a nice stay at this nice hotel located by the beach walk in Cervia. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice pool area at the back side with a bar & restaurant. There are plenty of good restaurants and shopping nearby. A comfortable stay when you just want to relax and let the days pass by.

Very recommended hotel

Had a stay with family in two rooms. The hotel is very good and the facillities are close to excellent. The service, except for female breakfast staff, is very very good. We had zero problems and the reception staff(especially the very professional and friendly Belgian woman), is truly excellent with good advices and smilling. We can truly recommend this hotel.

Sehr hohe Kundenfreundichkeit durchweg. Ideale Lage am Strand. Es war Ende September etwas kalt, man brachte mir sofort die gewünschten Zusatzdecken. Alles sehr gut und zu empfehlen.

Ottimo hotel, pulizia impeccabile sia in camera che nelle zone comuni. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Colazione a buffet con tantissima scelta e alta qualità di prodotti. Smukt hotel både indvendig og udvendig ! Vi var dog rigtige kede af at vi ikke synes hotellet levet op til at være familie/børnevenlig. Der er ikke livredder ved poolen mellem 12-15 hvor der flest der bader. samt vores børn måtte ikke både med oppustlige badedyr selvom der ikke var andre i poolen på det tidspunkt. Ved udtjekning blev vores slut regning 128€ men vi har kun taget 4 vand 2 øl, 3 drinks og 8 is. men vi kunne ikke få en udskrift på hvorfor deres beløb var endt i 128€ :( Området er super lækkert og meget lækker strand ! :)

Lovely top-class hotel with great potential

We enjoyed our stay at the Conchiglia very much, and will return again. However, although these would be easy to correct, we noticed some rather odd deficiencies. This lovely hotel has the potential to be a really high-calibre accommodation, but they have not yet got everything right. The cleanliness of the rooms is superb, but certain things such as the turning down of beds and the provision of (e.g.) ashtrays were not consistent, indicating a lack of general oversight / checklists. In the bathroom some amenities such as towel racks and tissues (offered in all good international hotels) were missing; minor breakages and leaks were present and seem to have been ignored, perhaps until the end of the season; some of the materials used (such at the white plastic swing bin) would be fine for a lower-class hotel but not for this one, where a chrome pedal bin or similar would be more appropriate; etc. When we borrowed hotel bicycles we found that they were not kept well maintained; problems were fixed only afterwards. Thus: if this hotel aspires to be in the international league of top hotels they haven't got it quite right -- yet. It is a matter of positioning, getting the knowledge, and being serious about it. Having said all this, the staff were friendly, professional and helpful; many things (such as the bagno and the bicycles) are included in the cost; and we will be glad to return.

Weekend di relax

Siamo stati molto bene all'hotel Conchiglia. Staff cordiale e disponibile, camera pulita con terrazza vista mare. La chicca è la piscina con idromassaggio, riservata e dotata di tutto l'occorrente per trascorrere momenti di relax lontani dal caos della spiaggia.
