Staff were friendly. Room was dated and small. Walking distance to a train station but the station was deserted and didn’t feel particularly safe.

This Hotel is a perfect place to be based on Lake Como. The hotel itself is perfect, I don’t think the four stars are enough. Clean, modern, very friendly staff, comfortable beds. The location right on the lake amazing views of the surrounding mountains and beautiful landscape. The breakfast is superb. Definitely recommend.

Conveniently located near both the bus and train terminals, making it easy to get around, with a short train ride to the Duomo. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the stay more pleasant. Nice added perks like free water and a Nespresso machine in the lobby were appreciated. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was soft and cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep. That said, the surrounding neighborhood felt a bit sketchy, and we were advised not to walk around after dark, which is something to keep in mind when planning your stay.
