Unsere charmanten, entspannten, hilfsbereiten Gastgeber und nicht zuletzt das feine vegetarische Abendessen. Alles in allem ein gelungener und schöner Aufenthalt. The pool is lovely, as is the walking in the countryside around the abbey - other than that there's not a lot to do other than soak up the atmosphere.

「Ce lieu est exceptionnel, nous avons profité d'une magnifique chambre, d'un jardin avec la pelouse la plus douce que j'ai touché, et une piscine magnifique, avec des transats très confortables. Si je reviens en Sicile ça sera à cet endroit!
De plus Carmelo nous a aidé avec notre voiture, nous nous sommes coincé dans les champs et il n'a pas hésité!
