"Expedia shud provide check in instructions. Guests arrive to a locked door at street level. No code to punch in, no phone #, no way to contact anybody or get off the street until another guest lets you in. Frustrating after a long train ride."

"A truly underrated hotel! The staff, accommodations, food and service were amazing! The views of Palermo from our balcony were great and being outside the city centre away from the hustle and bustle was refreshing. If you have a car it is definitely easier to come and go (driving is not for the faint of heart though, so be warned) being that it is up the mountain, but they provide a shuttle service both to and from the city centre and airport for a reasonable price. "
