「Great hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms, and a perfect location. The best part was how pet-friendly they were—our dog loved staying here and felt so welcomed. Traveling with a pet can be stressful, but they made it easy and enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again!」

「Amazing location if you are skiing at Crystal Mountain. You get a nice parking spot as a hotel guest and you can just walk to the ski lifts from there. The room is simple but cozy with retro vibes and the staff are friendly. We enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant at Alpine Inn. The hotel has three separate buildings. Regardless of which building your room is located, you can walk to the resort. We will stay there again when we go to Crystal Mountain for skiing. 」

「The hotel overall is pretty clean. Not a lot of options in Ritzville for hotels. My biggest complaint is the breakfast. There’s a reason it’s complimentary, it was cold and wasn’t good」
