Grandview #512 -This luxury condo is a beautifully appointed, ground floor waterfront condo decorated in warm tones and accented with rich cherry woods and touches of stainless steel and granite.  Savor a cup of morning coffee or an evening beverage from your private patio/balcony while you take in the spectacular "up lake" views of the pristine water, surrounding mountains and evening sunsets. 

Enjoy a queen bed in the private bedroom, a full bath, full kitchen with breakfast bar, indoor and outdoor dining, and a queen sofa-sleeper and Murphy bed in the spacious living room. 

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

The pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

We had a great time staying here for my son’s bday. Having the patio with pool deck access was perfect so the kids could just fall out the back door and into the lake if they wanted. Makes the living space feel much larger. There was everything you need for cooking and I appreciated the other necessities that were provided like hand soap and paper towels etc. the only downside and the reason I gave cleanliness 4 stars was the carpet was pretty worn. We also weren’t able to check in until a little after check in time as it wasn’t ready.

Nice Unit, Mediocre Resort Facilities

This specific unit was as described. Everything was clean and well stocked. The view is unbeatable. Our only disappointment is in the Grandview Resort itself. The pool isn’t heated and therefore is so cold it’s unusable. The hot tub is warm bath temp but never got hot. The ice machine in the center of the resort was out of order. The one we did find working put out what looked like shaved ice. Fine for a cooler but not great if you’re getting ice for drinks. Would be nice to see more investment in the few amenities this resort has because the view and location are great. And this unit specifically was nice.

Only thing is neighbors kept taking our patio chairs. There were some units with 5 or 6 and we only had 2. Should have a way to keep those that belong to the unit

I was so disappointed when I got there. The parking lot was extremely narrow and insufficient, making it difficult to park, and the smell of garbage even came to the entrance. I decided to stay on the first floor in front of the water, and part of the floor was carpet, but there were stains here and there and it looks like dirty. There is no private space because many people are lying in front of our veranda enjoying the sun. Overall, the hotel was too old and not clean, while the price was too high. It is not the kind of hotel that is expected at that price. I will never use it again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Grandview condo we stayed in was clean with a nice layout. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back. The view of the lake was spectacular and the pool and the new bar was even more fun! Can't wait to come back. Clean place. Easy walk to downtown Chelan and we felt safe and secure.
