「I think the description of “ freshly renovated” is misleading. The bathroom needs updating, the toilet seat is old, the bathtub is pealing and the tub floor is very slippery. The paint on the bath walls is pealing. The kitchen/ living area was fine although the Kuerig didnt always work. Location was very good.」

「Stayed here once before. Older building but location is GREAT for Broadway and shopping restaurants. The units that I have stayed in are super cute. Pool did its job we went both days we were there. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Communication with my host was great. Thank you Tim ! We were lost locating it at first and we were in the other 8th street 😳」

「Cute and Cozy describes it perfectly!!We had a great stay in Nashville」

「Convenient area, cool history of the building. Had some difficulty with information from owner but got cleared quickly. Has a washer/dryer which although we didn’t use, was convenient. No explanation on pool use but it was cool outside. No access to Firestick. Coffee provided, much appreciated! Might have been nice to have a decent sofa and chair but overall, it was nice!」

「The property was walking distance to Broadway. The condo is a decent size. It was handy to have 2 bathrooms attached to the 2 bedrooms. There was no table, only a bar with seating for 3. The condo is very clean and updated. The garage parking was a nice feature. We felt safe here as there were codes needed to use the elevator. There is PLENTY of closet space.」

「There’s nothing special」

「We were very pleased with this property. The entire place was very clean, welcoming and made for a wonderful stay. Our hosts were great to work with and had excellent communication and quick responses! The property is very conveniently located to everything you could want to enjoy in Nashville!」

「Host was very helpful with providing information that was needed to make renting easy!!」

「We loved our stay」

「The unit was clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities. We chose that area to be close to an event we attended but were pleasantly surprised by how walkable the neighborhood was. We felt very safe and street parking was not a problem. We would definitely stay there again.」

「This place was amazing! Very clean! Did everything it was intended to do. Would highly recommend. If you are hesitant, just do it. You won’t regret it. Host was easy to communicate with. Thank you for an awesome experience!」

「Enjoyed our stay at this property. Comfortable beds, convenient location and trendy bar within the building…. it was being used for a Jason Aldean video when we stayed! We understood that there would only be one bathroom between us when we booked, but this might be inconvenient for a bigger group.」

「Not sure how they list this property sleeps 6!Air mattress that fits 1 and had slow leak needed to be re pumped every day and a pullout couch sleeps one very uncomfortably as it is a terrible mattress! Sheets and blankets weren’t able to be found til day 2Fire alarms off dailyKey pad on door was low battery took several tries!Day 3 no water pressure and unable to flush toilet」
