「Waited a long time to check in which was frustrating, standing in the lobby with my bags while no one was at the desk for a while, the person in front of me went back to their car. The staff was nice when they finally came back though. Room was dirty. Decided against using the shower which was very frustrating after a long day of traveling. Dog hair all over the seating in the room. Stains all over carpet. Hair on the floor in the bathroom. All corners had black dirt and dust and crumbs. Dust on...

「The location was good, although it was tricky to get in and out of the parking lot. The carpet had large spots/stains and the tile floors were dirty...could tell by my socks! The bed was 3' high not the normal 2'. Hurt my hip/back trying to get into it. Asked house keeping for a stool and she was very helpful to bring one. Air conditioning/heater worked well. Otherwise large room, kitchenette, full bathroom plus another sink/mirror outside bathroom. They were short housekeeping staff, not...
