「Hotel was hard to find, no lights on signage or in lobby building. At checkin the card machine was broken. No explanation of amenities, hot spring pool location (again with no lights) and was not clean. Room had broken lights, FIRM mattress and broken shower towel rack. Mold growing in cracks of shower curtain. This place has charm, but needs a little work in the hospitality department.」

「This was quite possibly the best hotel I have ever visited. The staff was amazing. The breakfasts were complex, interesting, and absolutely perfect in every way. The rooms included every amenity one could think of and several I could not have thought of. The hotel preserved a great deal of the history of the house, even things like a stereopticon with hundred-year-old pictures of the house. I also love the room. furnitures, colors and how they prepare the room for me. When there is live music at the front desk floor, I could hear the music from the room. 「We loved this place. It's a fantastic location close to Crater Lake. Although our cabin was close to the road it wasn't too noisy and the facilities inside surprised us. The bathroom was fine with a decent shower and the room facilities quite adequate. We stayed in cabin 9 which had 2 beds - a small double and a single, fridge and microwave and air conditioning, which was very welcome, if a little noisy. The outside seating area was lovely and the ice cream shop across the road not to be missed!...

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin nestled in the trees overlooking Horse Creek. The outdoor kitchen and bath house are a bonus to this beautiful setting. The bath house has 2 private outdoor showers, which overlook the creek. There is also a full bath inside the cabin.
