We enjoyed our stay. King bed very comfortable. Room was nice and clean. Suggestion: Heavier cardboard style coffe cups to heat hot water in the microwave would be helpful instead of only having to use the plastic drinking water cups provided. The motel is quiet, easy to locate, priced right, and we were pleased with the economic inexpensive price point.

Great location, clean room, comfortable bed. Excellent lighting and plenty of power outlets (which many hotels/motels lack). I would definitely stay here again.

Small but affordable. Had a microwave and fridge. Bring soap and shampoo as what they have was not adequate. Also only 20 or so channels bit the TV did have an hdmi port. Comfy bed but only 2 pillows if you get a queen for 1 person. Also there is a 25$ pet fee if you have one with you as I did.

I think it’s a two star motel and that’s what we got. Inexpensive lodging with some dirty baseboards. Otherwise it was just fine.

For all the bad reviews that this hotel was getting was because of the old owners! I booked this hotel back in October about for two days for a Bailey Zimmerman! Upon my stay in Bend with my best friend we enjoyed the beautiful decorative room and the staff where so very nice! It was very cleaning when entering check in and it was really cool that they had phablets of local activities you could do in Bend! Thank you for a wonderful time!

I booked a room according to the pictures and with a queen size bed. Our bed was NOT a queen it was a double bed. I know what size a queen bed is, I sleep in one every night at home and I have a double bed in our guest room. The floor had big bubbles in it, like air pockets under the laminate. The shower had mold in it, there was trash in the bathroom window sill and no electrical outlets in the bathroom. Also, no table or anywhere to set your phone to charge by an outlet. The only outlets were next to the door right when you walked in. We had to place the only chair in the room directly in front of the door so they weren't on the floor in order to charge our phones. Curtains in the bathroom were see through and about 2 inches too short. There's a house right out the bathroom window.

This was probably the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. For starters, bathroom smelled awful. The sink didn’t drain well and the shower only had cold water because the knob would actually turn to hot. Also, there were signs everywhere that it was a non-smoking property but many people staying there were outside smoking every time I went out. To be fair, I did not even bother to talk to the staff about the problems because I was only there for the night and given the state of the room I assumed that was just the way they operated. The only redeeming factor was that there were several restaurants within walking distance. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend to anybody for any length of stay.
