「Staff was great! Room was clean!」

「Honestly one of the worst places I have ever stayed. We showed up and over an hour past check in and there wasn’t a room ready. We had to switch from a single queen to a double full room because they didn’t know when a queen would be ready. The blankets were super old and not very comfortable at all. Beds weren’t comfortable at all, hardly any towels, no wash clothes and when we got an extra towel it had a huge hole in it. People were constantly smoking right outside the side door by our room so...

「The room was ok, place is very old, not well maintained. Pool is shut down, has a Crack in it? Say that on your website that it is shut down, we wanted a pool. Then someone lied and said the pool in the other hotel in town was shut down, it was not, but the place was full or we would have went there. The continental breakfast is nothing hardly, and after seeing the fingernails of the desk clerk I was eating nothing at all. TV was not set up, had to come to my room to get it going, that...

「Someone smoked and talked on phone right outside my window. Hotel was not well lit from street. Staff was courteous when I checked in. Hallways had smoke smell, but actual room smelled clean.」

「The reviews lead me to believe it was nicer than its price point. Its not gross or unsafe but it defintely needs some up keep and updates. Get what you pay for I guess. Staff was nice.」
