「It was ok」

「Nice beach location, dog friendly, very inexpensive. Building is dated, but clean rooms. Air conditioner was loud and did not work. 」

「This hotel was brand new, so it's no surprise that it's super clean. But we can say that it was very quiet inside and out. At first, it seemed like a strange location, but it was very nice by the river trail for walking or biking. Breakfast was good, hot, and had a few choices. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.」

After you confirm your rate thru Expedia, get ready for another 3.5% added to your bill upon checkout for credit card usage, even if they tell you what your "exact" charge is on check-in. 「 We had a great stay the staff was welcoming on arrival. The breakfast was simple your typical eggs, waffles, yogurt, bakery goods, the coffee was good too! We did not use the pool/hot tub but looked inviting. There was shopping and food within walking distance. I would stay again. 」

「Just one of them lonely nights you know what I mean but it was quiet appreciate that had kind of a Riverview definitely should be more coffee up in there and what else could I say the shampoo and soap in the shower is legit smells 100% awesome」

「The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean along with my room. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. It was nothing great but did its job. I have no complaints about my stay and I would stay here again.」

「You can’t beat the price. Rooms have some nice updates including lighting and big screen tv’s with ample cable and streaming capabilities. If anything the beds could use a blanket. I will be back!」

「The Mission Point restaurant was wonderful and the staff and service were great. The check-in was smooth and our room was very nice and clean. The Fairway restaurant was very disappointing. Husband ordered a chicken Caesar wrap and it came without the chicken. The server observed it and said they were terribly busy and would put in for another one! I ate , we waited nothing came. The waiter brought a to - go container thinking we got it ! He apologized and said he check on it! After a hour...

「We had stayed here last November also and you can tell the difference with the new owners. Everything is shaping up nicely. New carpet and everything was spotless. They have a nice breakfast available also. Plan on staying here often as we have a new grandson in the area.」

「I am not fond of pets in a hotel as some people do not clean up after them. The room was clean and enjoyed the accessible shower. Bed was comfortable as were the towels. It was quiet with the exception of some guests that were a little noisy. Staff was helpful and friendly. The facilities are quite adequate. 」
