We really enjoyed our stay! Safe neighborhood only a 10min Uber to universal studios. Very safe neighborhood. Clean property and accommodating. The only thing I notice was the wallpaper is starting to peel, but it’s also obvious they are actively working on updating the property. Breakfast is pastries only, but if you want more there are dozens of options within 2 blocks. Very much would stay there again.

Great hotel close to the venue I needed for a concert. Staff was super nice, rooms are cozy and clean. They also provide plenty of pillows and very comfortable beds. Their restaurant. Moonlark was delicious for breakfast as well!

Loved the romantic rooftop bar, and the whole hotel is beautifully appointed. Special thanks to Yuri(?) at the front desk, who upgraded my partner and me to a suite due to our original room not being ready on time.

Second time staying here for multiple nights each. Very quiet - even in a street facing room. Rooms are beyond spacious, beds are so comfy and overall everything is well thought out with all amenities. I will say that it would be nice to have yea or coffee pods to go with the coffee maker.

This hotel is a block away from Hollywood Blvd and a block and a half from the Chinese theatre. It is located on Highland Ave, which is the street that takes you directly to the Hollywood Bowl. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The hotel looks like it was remodeled recently. The hallways are gorgeous as they have various hollywood stars pictures on them. The restroom was also very nice and clean and the toiletries were also a plus.

At the front desk always with a smile you will meet Tiana, Sophie, Em and every person working this position. They are all full of positive energy, kindness, humanity and extreme professionalism.

This is a MUST for kid friendly! The staff was excellent!! They have all the things for kids: snacks 24/7, popsicle phone while swimming, hot and need some soft serve ice cream YEP!! It’s not brand new but I would stay there again!! My kids felt heard & seen and it was honestly the BEST hotel for them, they can’t wait to go back.
