「BEWARE- Do not stay here, we had a terrible experience. The pictures are deceiving, the furniture is extremely cheap and extremely uncomfortable and the unit had no heat. when I originally booked this property it was listed as a 5 bedroom (which was a lie) it was two, one-bedroom apartments. "高級ホテルにしてはロビーやフロントデスクが狭く、照明が暗かった。早朝に空港に着いたため、アーリーチェックインさせてもらえたのはラッキー。 狭いロビーの一角でホテルの従業員らしき人が宿泊客ではない人と面談していた。話は筒抜け。日本だとロビーは宿泊客のためのスペースという認識が普通だと思うので、ホテル業務のために使っているのは違和感があった。 部屋は写真より狭く見えた。ベッドはすてきな天蓋のはずが布がなく４本の支柱だけになっていたのにはがっかり。１人なので広さは十分だが、デスクには部屋での宴会用の高級な水やお酒、スナック類が備え付けられていてプライスリストが置いてあり、うっかり食べてしまった普通のキットカットは9ドルもした。 クローゼットの上にあるセーフティボックスは160センチの私でも高くて入れにくい。 よかったのはロケーション。マダムタッソー館は目の前、チャイナシアター、ウォーク・オブ・フェイム、オベーションセンターなどハリウッドの中心部。地下鉄ハリウッドハイランド駅も徒歩5分以内。観光客がごった返し、渋谷のスクランブル交差点のようだったが、便利。ただ大通りに面したレストラン側の出入り口ではなくフロント側の出口は、人通りの少ない道に面しており、夜はちょっと怖いだろう。少し歩くとIn-N-Out Burgerがある。 帰りはLyftを待ってvalet にいたが、駐車係の人はもう少し気にしてほしかった。１台キャンセルされたが、多分valetの前の通りで待ってしまっていたのかもしれず、係は何人かいたのだから知らせてほしかった。"
