"This house was filthy & very poorly maintained. Grime on walls, dishes, floors and pool. We paid extra to have pool heated and clean, but when we arrived, it was cold and had days of debris in it. There was food on the deck, around the fire pit and sitting area. The palm tree lighting is hanging at toddler height that could easily become entangled around child’s neck. "Beautiful view, plenty of outdoor charm. Lots of trees and a nice outdoor area with 2 chaise lounges. (Hope it doesn't rain during your visit, because there is no comfortable chair anywhere else.) There is no grill for a reason; the dry grass hillside is a tinder keg. One stray spark and boom! Instant conflagration. Give up smoking while here! The deck is not well-maintained, badly needs some repair & paint to cover the plentiful grease stains. It's so unfortunate that the indoors doesn't really...

"Great spot with a nice vibe. Unfortunately there was heavy rain during 2 of our 4 days in the canyon. Some water dripped through the roof onto the bed, but was resolved by moving furniture and using a trash can to collect water. We also lost power to some of the outlets and stair lights for the last couple of days. Having said that, we had a blast with no real issues. Our rental car was a large SUV, but we had no problems with parking or driving on the switchbacks."

"Hotel business is all about its hospitality, And I felt it while staying with E Central. My requests were heard and I was recognized by the management. While a comfortable and clean stay is important, which I believe these are the minimum standards for hotels, whether or not guests requests and complains are heard is more important to me. Not only E Central satisfied my requests, the management always asked if my concerns were taken care of. I felt I was acknowledged, and I felt I existed. Although my room card keys didn’t work a few times, it did not really affect me at all due to an excellent hospitality management I received from E Central. "
