「This is the second time that I have booked this location for an annual event I attend. My friends and I always enjoy staying here. A very quiet and nice neighborhood with plenty of space inside to have separate places for people and also some nice communal space to get together and laugh. Property owner is very responsive and super easy to deal with. If anything ever arises, such as needing extra blankets, they are very quick and happy to help. 「We had a great stay at this lovely house in College Hill. The location was perfect for our family--within walking distance of shops/restaurants. We also walked around the neighborhood most days. The house was very clean (difficult, with wood floors), and the beds were comfortable. There were a few minor issues raised, which were well received by the owner and the management team, both of whom were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.」
