「The home was a great Historical place to stay. Close to Central College and a biking path. Everything was provided, i.e. towels, shampoo, body wash, Q-tips, toaster, microwave, etc. A caution for seniors -If there are more than 2 of you, you'll have to use the upstairs. The steps to it are very narrow - 6 inches. When we visit again, I hope to stay in this VRBO. 」

「We had a very nice stay at this vrbo. The owners were wonderful and attentive. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had to change our dates after the reservation was made and they were great about that as well. The only suggestion I would have would be to have some small tables next to the furniture to set drinks, plates etc. the gazebo was very special. Enjoyed the mornings in there with my coffee. 「Loved the open concept living room and kitchen for visiting. Very nice outdoor fireplace for cooler evenings. Property was clean and well stocked. 」

「We stay here for a family wedding. My 3 kids and their families and my wife and I stayed here. Super backyard for my grandkids to play. Everyone had their own room and there was space to gather together. The host was super to communicate with and his responses were quick. We would definitely stay here again. 5 Stars!」

「The outside needs some work. First impression wasn’t good. Inside the house it was nice. Did have ants in the bathroom near the heat vent. The front door was unlocked when we got there. No futon not that we needed it. Owner responded when there was questions and giving entrance info.」

「Had a lovely stay and had a small party with family and friends. Check-in was seemless, host quickly fixed a small issue with the WiFi. Mattresses were WONDERFUL. Furniture is eclectic but very comfy. Young adults loved the hot tub. 」

「This house is ridiculous, but in a good and fun way. We were in town with family to celebrate our daughter's graduation from Drake and this house was an excellent fit for our group. We only had seven people, but there is easily room to sleep 10 comfortably. We didn't use the kitchen, but the dining room table was great for a game of Five Crowns and we played a few games of darts in the game room downstairs.Location wise, it was a quick and easy drive from the house to both Drake and downtown Des...
