This home is located in a family friendly neighborhood in Altoona! The home was recently remodeled and has a modern and fresh feel!

This 2-bedroom, 1-bath duplex will sleep 5-6 people but we recommend keeping it to 4 people or less for maximum comfortability!

Main Floor:
- Fully equipped kitchen with an Air fryer and a Blender!
- Spacious living room with smart TV, board games, and a comfy sectional sofa
- Master bedroom with Queen Bed and a full size mirror
- Secondary bedroom with Queen bed
- Primary bathroom with tub/shower stocked with toiletries. This includes Shampoo, Conditioner, and body wash for sensitive skin.

Basement (unfinished):
- laundry room with free washer and dryer use

Outdoors:
- Relatively large Backyard
- Great for kids and dogs - FULLY FENCED IN!
- Lockable shed that's great for bikes, outdoor games, etc.

Great place to stay!

This little house was perfect for our holiday weekend! Quiet neighborhood (even during fireworks) and easily accessible in Altoona. Property manager was easy to communicate with! Thanks for the great place to stay!

Nice location and Clean

This was great for our weekend trip with our teenagers and chihuahuas. Very clean close to groceries and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and felt very safe.

Altoona getaway

It was a very clean and tidy place. I enjoyed the fenced in yard for my dogs. The kitchen was cute - it would have been nice to know it was a duplex (barking dog) but it was spacious and clean.it was close to family and restaurants!

Perfect place for what we needed

We had a death in the family and needed to get a place quick. With no hope of finding a dog sitter, we found this little gem for me, my husband, and our dog. Very clean and comfy! The back yard is fully fenced in and spacious. This kept our pooch very happy when her routine had been blown. The beds are great, the kitchen is small but nice and certainly adequate for what we needed. Even had a washer/dryer which came in handy. The living room was tasteful and comfy if you used the chair with the couch there. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot close by family and amenities (you can walk half a block to a grocery store).
