"be aware no air conditioning. It was pretty warm in the beginning of Oct. It is not anybody's fault. This is still a very good hotel. Staff was very friendly and tell me how to find an entrance of the garage while the other one was under repairing."

"Can’t beat the convenience of the location. The room wasn’t super clean, there was a dirty old sock under one of the beds and the floor in the tent was very dirty. The bathrooms are also very small and got hot and humid quickly if more than one person was showering. Overall would still recommend because of the location."
The Westin San Jose

"This stay was to allow for us to be close to the 1/2 marathon. The hotel is beautiful, a very unique, older hotel. The check in was seamless and the valets were amazing! The room was small, but laid out well and the ac was perfect for the hot weather. It was a pleasure to have a fridge in the room. I did find morning desk staff to be less friendly than the wonderful afternoon person who checked us in, however, they were efficient. If we get back to San Jose, would definitely stay again."
