"Just wasn’t that great Felt very cold and old not a good vibe at all "

"The room floors were gross- our socks were black walking around on the carpet. Breakfast was cold- eggs and potatoes were cold within moments of being put out. Watery eggs and overdone potatoes too. Gravy was okay though a bit jellied. Milk was sour, and they didnt believe us. The pool was dirty, filtration system did not appear to be working. It was also freezing, even in the warm sun. The hot tub had a gross smell and was yellowish. No one was seem cleaning the pool AT ALL during the stay. Staff was kind, if you got a chance to talk to one, they were understaffed at the desk. Staff also did not adhere to the "pay at hotel" option and called to tell us if we didnt pay right away they were going to cancel our reservation- 4 hours before check in was even happening. Stressed us out big time. Just a poor experience. "

"ROOM WAS INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES!! THE ROOM, THE BUILDING, EVERY INCH OF THE PROPERTY IS COMPLETELY DILAPIDATED. WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE IS NOT WHAT YOU WALK INTO IF YOU ARE UNFORTUNATE ENOUGH TO BOOK A ROOM HERE. RUN DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!!!! I RATHER BE HOMELESS THAN STAY AT THAT PLACE"

"We went here twice for spring break with our kids and 7 years ago we had an amazing time. This year in March 2026 we were told our 12 and 15 year old couldn't be without us in the room or anywhere on property. They never told us at check in and made us feel like we did something wrong. While I understand the casino floor everywhere else on property when my kid is almost 16 years old is absolutely ridiculous. Also, their shuttle service was terrible. The food was good but we won't be back - they do not have an airport shuttle either "

"The grounds and pools were amazing. They could use more help at the pool bar to take orders for food and drinks at the pool rather than having to go up there to order. The biggest complaint was housekeeping. Not enough help there either. It would take the housekeeper until very late afternoon to get too our room...after we already needed towels, etc."

"The morning front desk personnel were very rude to customers including myself when asking questions. Over a conversation with another guest and (Deon) he spoke so rude if I were the guest I would have checked out right then. All the other staff were great. Good restaurant good pool good shuttle. "
