At the moment of check-in, we had been asked to change hotel (to El Cid Castillana from El Cid Marina Beach), if we would like to...I don't know the reason why (Overbooking?)... Of course, we have denied the offer and stayed in El Cid Marina beach.」

「Quiero agradecer por mi estancia en el Cid Castilla, siempre es un placer regresar, el trato que nos dio la recepcionista fue excelente y muy amable, la comida siempre espectacular, los meseros siempre atentos y amables solamente les pediría que arreglaran la regadera de la habitación 0214 ya que tira agua de la regadera y la llave al mismo tiempo y no se va el agua, se estanca y se desperdicia mucha agua (se le llamó al de mantenimiento y jamás llegó) pero lo demás fue excelente siguen siendo...
