"The place is modest but a bargain for the location, you are literally in the center of all nightlife, fine dining and street vendors. It is safe with reception all day and night as well as breakfast to start your day. The Air conditioner in each room is potent so on hot days you will be very comfortable in the room. "Casa Bella is a charming boutique hotel in downtown Cabo. It has a tranquil courtyard and traditional hacienda decor. The owner Barbara was so accommodating and allowed us to use our room the next day since no one was checking in. She provided a white noise machine to help with loud music from area bars but we slept very well. If you happen to be diving with Nautilus, they are located right next door."

"Hosts: Extremely helpful, they went out of their way to help me get items I needed for the next stage of my trip. Room and building: Excellent. Atmospheric with lots of character, and a view of palm trees from my window. Cool with AC and a powerful fan. Big garden area which is nicely lit at night, with swinging chairs, recliners and a pool. "We only stayed at the Mansion Giahn for one night, but Joseph and his staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The place itself is very unique in the architecture and I thought it was very pretty. It is located somewhat off the beaten path, so there aren't many food options around. However, Eduardo took my husband to a local taco stand to get us dinner, which was very gracious of him. It's not the Ritz, but it's not meant to be either. Still had a good stay!"

"Property was very nice but maintenance seems to be slipping a little. Lazy river under bridge areas has knocked out holes in tiles. Buildings near lobby across from coffee shop has huge dirty windows with finger writing on them. Dinner menu has shrunk in selection and proportion. Food is still delicious. Some favorite drinks are no longer part of happy hour. Over all our stay was fabulous despite these things but us repeat visitors do notice. The pools are not being heated as well as previously....
