"I had a wonderful stay. The person at check in was friendly and fast. The room was a little dated, but nice with a wonderful water view. Looking forward to the renovated rooms. The hotel is conveniently located which made it easy to walk to different attractions. I would definitely stay here again. A big plus is you get nice perks as an Expedia Gold member."

"It felt a bit claustrophobic that windows looked into boat garage & not a view of water, city or mountains like pictures of property implied. Without a good view & rocking of the house it was "dizzying" feeling. You have to walk outside & around the dock before you get a view of anything. I think for the money it could be a bit over-priced. Maybe I didn't see fine print but had to pay 20 a day for parking which was surprising on the high cost of the lodging, especially being in the off season. Not a problem per say, because I had help with my family, but it's quite the walk from parking lot to the home & if bringing in groceries, bags etc it was unexpected. Very nice though that it's so close to seabus & quay market etc. Very clean. Very nice hosts. "

"Howie is a very friendly host, and the unit was very well kept deserving the nickname "5 star" unit. I will definitely look for this place for my next trip. The location was ideal, close to the freeway, but in a very quiet, sound proofed neighborhood, and only a few minutes to Lonsdale Ave. A shopping mall is only a walking distance away."

"Huge stains in the mattress, blood stains on the sheets and shower curtain, hair in the towels, dirty floor and chairs, rat droppings in common area."
